Asafoatse Nuertey Lamtei 1 is a traditional ruler and the brain behind KAKEM Construction Limited. He has over 40years work experience in the construction industry. He has attained National Diploma in Construction Certificate and Higher National Certificate Course (HNC) at North East Essex Technical College, Colchester-UK amongst others.
Asafoatse Nuertey Lamtei 1 has worked with the Anglogold Ashanti Limited for over Eleven years as a Building Engineer. With this experience, Asafoatse is able to come up with Operational and Financial Management, Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Management and Strategic Leadership.

Aryettey Nuetey is a professional for the design, installation, maintenance and operation of the systems that make our products (Buildings) functional and comfortable. He has HND in Building Technology from Ho Technical University and also proficiency in engineering software, building system designs and construction practices, ability to analyse data, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Detail-Oriented and Inovator. Mr. Aryettey pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in design and installation and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in building engineering to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Mr. Aryettey also collaborate with the Architect and Quantity Surveyor to ensure building systems comply with all relevant codes and regulations. He also oversees the designing and specifying building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and security systems amongst others.

With a multifaceted role, blending Quantity Surveyor and Project Management, Mr. Eric Nuetey currently holds HND in Building Technology from the Ho Polytechnic now Ho Technical University, and also has attained a professional qualification from Ho Polytechnic (Construction Technician Course Part 1,2 & 3.
Mr. Nuetey, possess extensive experience in quantity surveying and project management within the construction industry with a proven track record of successfully site supervision and managing projects and controlling cost for KAKEM Construction Limited
Quantity Surveyor Aspects:
- administering contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations,
- prepares tender documents and evaluates bids from contractors and subcontractors
- Conducts value engineering exercises to optimise cost, amongst others
Project Management Aspect:
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets
- Oversees project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards amongst others
Daniel Teye Nuetey

Ms. Nuetey has worked with Malin Investment and Construction Limited, Cassi Farms Limited and the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, where she was in charge of Cost Controls, Contract Administration, Payroll Management, Accounting and reporting amongst others, and currently serving as the Administrative and Finance Officer of KAKEM Construction Limited, where she ensures the efficient and effective management of the financial and administrative operations.
